Stainless pieces

Sometimes in the last few years, I ordered some small pieces of stainless to place around the rear tag. Over the summer two of these fell off someplace. I can't find them on the web and I do not recall the vendor's name. Can anyone help? These are the small 2"x2" pieces that glue around the tag area.

DMC California used to do these. I actually have an unused set; ordered but didn't fit them because I changed my license plate holder to the wide European style.
