Coil cover, early version for VIN upto 11672

Hi all,

I'm looking for a coil cover, the early version without the Dzus fastener. It's part number 105905 although DMC don't list it online.

Here's how my car looked when a PO owned it:

Some time after I bought the car I discovered it was wearing a different coil cover, made from a more flimsy textured plastic. I think it is possibly one of the repro ones that D1 used to make in the early 1990s.

I want to put the car back to how it was originally so I'd be interested in an original early cover if anyone has one available. DMC's improved version (http://store.delorean.com/p-7126-cover-assy.aspx) is the later part # 110227 for cars from VIN 11673 which is not correct for my car unfortunately, because despite the 12XXX VIN the car is actually a 6XX car.

That style is actually the later one (above VIN 10000, not sure of the exact cutoff) that uses the belt. You can order it from the DMC shops either with or without the fastener but you need to talk to a human as the part number is the same. They are reproduction made of fiberglass and much stiffer (and more unbreakable) than the original molded plastic.
