I purchased a VALEO clutch from amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001QDJJIY/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) following the parts cross reference table.

It is (for the manual transition only) a perfect fit. The reason I am posting this thread is because I had been in contact with VALEO and they claim to have discontinued the Delorean fitting clutches series.
At just $199 shipped, considering all other options in the market are at least +$75 over that, I would propose you stock up as long as it is still available.

I thought DPI bought up the remaining stock of Valeo clutches?

Are the ones on amazon genuine or "compare to" Valeo?

FWIW The "other options in the market" come with the rear main seal, gasket, and pilot bearing as well.

The gold paint also makes me suspicious - did it carry Valeo markings or is it a rebuilt unit?

Came with valeo markings in a valeo box with a throw out bearing. (As seen on image)
It is original;)
Considered a performance set on European websites but at 2x that price!

You are right Dave! The DMCH set has those extras:)
