Some guy

Hi so in April i replaced 2 leaking injectors with the Volvo new ones. after i did this the car ran badly. So after i inspected the 2 new injectors, i saw that one had a bad spray pattern. so i finally got around to replacing that one. So now i have a rough idle and bad acceleration when under 3000 rpms. it runs fine above 3000. the fuel ratio had been worked on in march for a smog test. but i messed with the injectors and a bunch of other parts because of a bad check valve in a brand new fuel pump.(wasted so much money because of this)
Any way, i figure the car must be running lean because before the car was dumping fuel because of these bad injectors and now it is holding back fuel, because they are new.
it seams like i should bump up the idle mixture from what i can read, but other then that is there anything else that it could be? i know i should dwell it, but i am going to take it to a shop near me once i can make sure that is my "only" issue left
vacuum hoses look ok and i tested the vacuum advance a while ago and that was working fine. My neighbor said that he smelled a lot of exhaust in the garage when it was idling for a short time.
is the dwell mixture just for idle and acceleration? and the lambo system for normal running?
