lower rear bumper detachment (how to fix?)

Hey guys, as you can see my bumper is detached at the bolts. Just wondering what should I use to repair this? What did you use, or what do you suggest?
I was thinking of using 3m windshield adhesive?

Jay,

There are replacement studs you can buy for that. Midwest has/had them, but I don't know how to find them on a parts website anymore. They were about $4 each and you may need up to 7. They have a metal flat back about the size of a square inch. The idea is you get that snapped bolt end area cleaned up and flat again and then epoxy the new stud replacements in it's place. You'll need to be pretty exact to ensure the new bolt lines up with the hole(s) in the support bracket as they get warped over time from heat and corrosion. You can buy a replacement SS support strip too if need be. Another owner decided to screw/bolt right through from the backside of the fascia, passing right in to the holes on the bracket. You avoid the epoxy and special studs, but can now see the bolt/screw ends from the rear of the car and that might not be to your liking.

We stock these. You may need upwards of nine if the ends break during removal. We recommend using 3m Panel 60 for installation.

I had good luck drilling holes all of the way through from the inside, countersinking from the outside for taper-head screws, and covering them with the structural adhesive called out in the ST-13-9/81 service bulletin (3M-8101, IIRC).
Finish up after mounting for best results....

I can attest to Josh DPI's method, I had to repair 5 studs with his stainless replacements and the Panel 60 glue, Holding up great after 2 years now.
