Easy question that I can't seem to answer (my car is stored off-site): What size are the bolts that help to hold the louvers on their brackets?

13 is the nut on the end of the ball stud. I believe it's 8 mm. That does not match your description, I'd have guessed that [What size are the bolts that help to hold the louvers on their brackets ] as #16 which is a double-studded bracket. Threads on that are 8 mm.

For what its worth, I can also confirm the bolts to have a 8mm thread
