Did something fall off/out of the transmission?

While digging around under the car today, I spotted something that looked amiss on the RH side of the transmission.

There is a what looks like a bolt hole in the transmission side. The threads inside the hole look fairly clean and not like the surface of the rest of the transmission. Did something fall out?

Any ideas?

In different applications different mounts were used and attached at different points. Nothing is missing, at least as far as the Delorean is concerned.
