Does anyone know of a good way to adjust one of the doors?
Rear latch
I recently replaced the rear latch and had to disconnect the two connecting
Rods to it then reconnect them. But now the door will not open, it seems to operate fine
Without the lock control connected but the second I connect it
The whole lock system freezes up and the passenger door won't open?
BTW I just had the lock relay (specialT) checked out and by An independent
vendor and they said they are fine!
So I'm kind of stuck-any suggestions

If you replaced the latch, the rods will be out of adjustment. The doors are finicky lil' beasts. The rods will have hexnuts with a hex-column in between the hexnuts. When I was doing this, I had to adjust the lengths of those rods to get the door to open. It's a very methodical process.
You're sure you put the rods back in the correct holes in the latch mechanism - right? I remember doing it, and I accidentally put the arms in the wrong holes at first.

It seems like it addresses the problem you have.
Otherwise have a look at the manual. Section P:02:11.

That's video is great but unfornately after a couple of hours I'm still
Stuck with a door that won't close at the rear latch, all the rods are in the right spot
I had to zero them out on just two of them. However those two in
Question were the ones I had disconnected at the rear latch I reconnected them and
I had To really adjust them way out compared to the way there were,
before I touched them, but they are zeroed out now.
By I'm wondering why?
Anyway it looks like the rods are working but I can't get the
Striker bolt to line up correctly on the rear? I guess I should've of touch that
But that was the first thing I tried to adjust.
Any ideas on how to line the striker bolt up at the rear latch
The front is fine?
If I can get it lined up then I can really start to test it out.

You may have to adjust the front latch some to get the rear to close into place as well.
The striker pins are a tricky beast, but we were blessed enough to have Patrick post a step-by-step process that makes the doors open and close very smoothly. I haven't done it myself, but Patrick says he has and has had great success doing it. Here is a link to the post that describes what to do:

Thanks, for the link, I had a good look at that thread but I'm a little hesitant
Adjusting the door hinges based in one anchor bolt that was fine before.
Just wondering if there is a good way to determine if I need
More washers or less. Because right now I have none installed on
The rear latch which the way it was before.

Check the very edges of the striker pins. The ends will show wear that helps determine if they need to be adjusted. If the circular ends of the striker pins look solid, you're probably good. If they are starting to show "fresh metal", something needs to be adjusted. Also, look around the stainless steel on the door close to the latch. Look for "fresh metal" there too. If you can see shiny metal, that means the edge of the striker pin is rubbing on the inside of the door.

The whole door linkage adjustment procedure is difficult and complicated but even before you can do that there are a LOT of other things that need to be done. You should remove the front and rear latches so you can properly clean and lubricate them. You need to check and if necessary adjust the anchor pins so they slide smoothly into the center of each latch and they should click simultaneously into each (1st and second) locking positions. Both doors need to be well adjusted for the Central Locking System to function properly.

Well after a couple more hours put into this door adjustment
I finally firgured out why everything was so tight and binding.
I had one of the rods in the rear (that controls the lock Swicth
In the WRONG hole) like someone said. (D3) First!
Anyway I felt like an idiot because I would never do that
But No one else did it, so It was me. I could of saved myself about
4 hours of my life that I will never get back.
Anyway I still have issues with the striker bolt, I can't seem to get
That aligned in the rear?
And does anyone know why or better yet know how to fix
These damn power locks that keep jamming.
My passenger side (problem door does not throw the driver, completely)
Then the whole system freezes everything up!
It never did that before.
But the good news is no major Adjustment hopefully I will be able
To set that striker bolt correctly?

Disconnect the door locking module until you can get the doors to work well. The door closes in an arc so you have to move the anchor bolt accordingly. You also have to add or remove washers to get the height right so the head of the pin doesn't hit the door. The only part of the anchor pin that is supposed to be touched by the door is the shaft of the pin when the latch captures it. Another point is that if the door seals are bad you cannot properly adjust the anchor pins. You may need to replace the door seals first if they are bad. Remove the front anchor bolt and work on the rear one till you have it right and THEN try doing the front one.

It looks like the power locks are working although occasionally
They do hang up sometimes on the driver side. Would that be
A driver door adjustment if it only happens sometimes?
(Driver door does not go fully to unlock position sometimes)
Also thanks for the advice David T.
The seals are brand new and it wasn't an issue before,
I loosened the rear anchor bolt to start with!
On door, the locks work great after my door linkage adjustment
but the rear anchor bolt needs Adjustment. Just to be clear are you saying I should remove
The front anchor bolt which is perfectly aligned then work on the
Rear?
Note I will do whatever you think on that issue.
Appreciate your advice
Thanks

Want to restate what David T said about disconnecting the door lock module until you get everything working. If left connected you could find your self locked in your car... Ask me how I know.
Prior to that event, I had a misfire drain my battery. I had locked my door but the passenger side never fully engaged. This resulted in the door module continuously trying to lock the door all day while the cars was parked. The result was a dead battery.
I'm kinda lazy so I haven't ever got around to fixing things... I just manually lock everything.
Cheers

The main point I was trying to make is that you should try to adjust one anchor at a time. If the front one seems good then leave it alone and now try adjusting the rear one. If BOTH need to be adjusted it is easier to remove one and concentrate on the other and once you get one good then you put the other in and try doing it.

Someone suggested to remove the rod that controls the front lock. He found that the door was much easier to adjust, and the door locks worked fine on just the rear lock. I did this years ago with no problems.

The issue was an adjustment on the remote door opener a simple movement on the attaching hardware was all it took
Still working on that anchor bolt though?
