Yeah I pulled the video because the French guy didn't ask my permission to put this up on You Tube.
It cost me a lot of bucks to produce this video and I am still out of pocket. I own the copyright and have the master tapes.
If someone wants to buys the rights and start selling this presentation on DVD or whatever then contact me directly.

Oh you are so wrong Domi and you have a very bad attitude towards a fellow DeLorean owner & enthusiast. You insulted me thru your first PM insinuating that I had no rights to the video. Buying a VHS tape from whatever source does not automatically entitle you to upload it on YouTube so people can watch it for free. I have been sharing my work for years but through your piracy you have made it more difficult for me to invest in further projects which will be of interest to the DeLorean community.

This video came from my own collection which I bought on VHS to the DOA in the USA a long time ago.
This video isn't available anymore on tape or even on DVD!
This video was on line for the DeLorean community, especially for some people on DMC Talk whom were unable to buy that tape when it was available to purchase.
I had to go through many step to find my account back, I don't think it's fair!!!
If the video bother you, you could write me first on youtube or on any DeLorean forum, I could remove it without any trouble.

This is an old video, how can I guess it is still protected, excuse me but as a member of the DOA for a long time, I wonder if they are still alive and so, posts their video on youtube was not against them or yourself. Like I said, I just wanted to share it with other people, and, maybe I’m wrong but many people here and elsewhere had enjoyed al the videos.
If you want to call it piracy, why not, but I never offered a copy of the tape. You can find many films on youtube and people don’t always argue against the person whom published them.
Sharing you work? Or sale it? I think there’s a big difference nowadays.
I haven’t seen anything new since a long time ago? Even the past even in Ireland for the 30 years of the car, there is nothing? And if there is something, I am sure many people will be interested to buy it instead of publish it on youtube, me first.
You don’t want to understand that I didn’t do that to do anything against you.
By the way, in my first PM, I told you, you could ask me to delete the video, I would do it immediately, so, why you didn’t asked me about ‘back from the future” as I received an email from youtube this morning about it.
For your happiness, I have deleted all my youtube videos, like this, no more danger to be accused to piracy of any video tape!
Sorry for all the people whom where interested by them, but that the way it works, some people doesn’t want to share their work for free.

Copyright infringement is a serious issue, and I believe a thread like this brings to light important issues within the DeLorean community. Like Rob, I work in the entertainment industry and deal with this issue on a weekly basis. The fact is, it is the originator's sole option to share their work with the community via YouTube or any other portal if they choose to do so. It isn't anyone else's decision as to whether a video is old enough to be able to be shared because they own the copy on VHS or DVD.

I understand Rob's frustration in this matter, and at the same time I believe Domi is regretful of this and did not intend any harm. Domi has reached out to me in the past to request posting my Eurofest 2001 video (which I used to sell on my site) on YouTube for others to enjoy, at which point I requested that he did not do so, and at the time I was ready to release that on a free portal, I would do so myself. He has respected this wish, and I appreciate that. There are a lot of costs that go into making any of those videos (travel, time, equipment, production, etc). No one would claim that making DMC videos is profitable, but there is a desire by the owner of the video to maintain some control. I spend my time in this hobby for love of the car, not for $$.

I'm going to close this thread and call this issue resolved. Let's all try and take a deep breath when writing our posts, I'd like to maintain as much civility on the forum as possible.
