How To Remove The Grille / Front Emblem

I'm trying to get the front emblem off, but I'm not sure how that's done. I have a feeling it's screwed in from the back of the grille. In which case, how do you get the grille off? I can't see anything in from the jack compartment, or any other mounting hardware, so I'm guessing it just pops off? I just don't want to be yanking on stuff if that's not how it comes off. Anyone got some advice and/or pictures? Thanks.

pull hard!!

grab it from the sides and pull. The tabs it sticks in are probably a bit rusty.

the emblem is held on by three cir clips you'll see once the grill is off
