I just recently bought my car and it has a few points where paint needs to be touched up, if anyone here has some experience with this kind of paintjobs (original polyurethane) I have pic's below to further describe the points.

I also have a painted D (black).
Touch up jobs are always difficult if the spots are on flat surfaces.
Even for proferssional car painters.
Your first picture shows places where the outer door seal is stuck to the body.
Where the seal is glued to the body panels, make sure the RTV is totally removed.
Re-attach the door seals so they align with the outer edge of the panels.
You can spot-repair the paint as described hereafter if you don't want to take the panels off.
Always clean the area to remove grease and wax before painting (of course).
Edges and small spots in obscure places can be done with a tiny brush and paint in the right color (if other than black).
Almost all cars have rear facias that seem to shrink.
This makes the original fender's "color" visible areas where the rear fenders meet the facia.
If you don't want to take of the entire fender or trunk lid and have it repainted, a touch up job as mentioned afore is the only solution.
You also may need to polish the area to make the repair less noticeable.
You could use a spray can, but make sure to shield the surrounding area to prevent overspraying.

First of all, if this was the car purchased from DMCMW, you got a super nice Delorean. I remember seeing pictues of the frame and it's in excellent condition.
I noticed a few spots on the rear louver that need touching up. If you're looking to correct those imperfections, buy some SEM TRIM BLACK(39143) off of AMAZON or locally. You'll be pleased with the results.
As far as touching up the black paint job, that's going to be difficult. You can try to touch it up but you may do more harm than good.
Enjoy your car,
Kirk

yeah this is the Black delo from DMCMW, I live about 5 mins from DMC CA so I have already had the spax suspension installed along with new tires, AC and coolant system. I was hoping to do the touch up myself. Thanks for all the help guy!
