Front Dual flasher/parking bulb replacement for SP10065

Does anyone know the sylvania or other easy to find OEM replacement for the Dual flasher/parking bulb "SP10065 "

I found it's a "Light Bulb 5W Type R25-2" (whatever that means)

I believe it's a dual-filament (1157).
