Squeaks, squeals, and other noises

So pretty much after hibernating through this wonderful winter weather, finally taking the Delorean out for a spin. Actually started to notice this at the end of last year but decided to deal with it in the spring. Got a bad case of squeaks, squeals, and other noises, two that seem to really stick out. First, when pulling the car out of the garage, got a high pitch squeal. Sounds like it follows the tires, not constant, occurs quickly then repeats. Second, when driving at highway speeds, hearing a "rubbing" sound coming from what sounds like the rear passenger tire. The sound gets faster the faster I go.

Basically looking for suggestions on which areas I should be concentrating to suppress this noise.

Can you post a video to help describe the sound better?
Under exactly what conditions causes what noise? - A/c on or off? Wheels turned or straight? At idle or moving? When you hit a bump?....

I can try to do a video tomorrow. I pretty much start the car with everything off (AC, radio, etc) and hear the high pitch squeal from the start. Doesn't really go away after the car is warmed up. And I can hear the rubbing noise from the rear immediately too. Don't hear anything when the car is in standing still, only when moving. Doesn't follow the acceleration of the throttle, only the physical movement of the vehicle.
