I'm working on putting together the A/C pulley system. According to the parts diagram on Section 7, Subsection 2 Group 1, screws 4 and 13 go through pulley mounting bracket 9 and screw into the oval piece that's not numbered. Per photos I have of my engine, only one end of the pulley mounting bracket screws onto the oval piece while the other end screw onto the engine. Which is correct? The parts manual show the mounting bracket number 8 being between pulley number 2 and mounting bracket number 9. Which is correct?

The screw #13 goes through bracket 9 and bolts directly to the timing cover and does not pass through the unnumbered oval bracket. The two screws # 4 go through bracket #8 and then through the oval bracket. You should replace the "O" ring behind the oval bracket. Refer to 1-1-4
