I had seen the car with the google logo on front and just assumed it was a photoshop. Didn't know it was a real thing, never mind an EV. Wonder whose conversion it is?

It's Houston's conversion... When I was there a couple months ago James Espy told me the car had been sold to an un-named internet search company...

Bit of a mix there - very early VIN dark wheels, mid-VIN grooved hood and pull straps, and very late VIN hood badge...

Or did they just sell off the entire project?

Is google gonna turn that D into one of their self driving car? Cool. All those self driving gear will make that D like a bttf D.

I don't know if they sold the whole project - They definitely sold the one car they made last year and were touring around.

HAHAHAHAHA! Awesome! :)
Also, I believe instead of the usual turn the key style ignition system, they have installed an "I'm feeling lucky" button to start the car. Seems more appropriate anyway ;)

Jonathan.... Our turning key motion on our deloreans is equivalent to a "I am feeling lucky" button
;)
