Another DMC found. Anyone claim ownership of this one?

A friend sent me an email of this DeLorean in NY just outside S-Island. He is getting me the phone number so I can call and get more info. Any know who's this belongs to?

There was (and maybe still is) an owner on Staten Island named Gene Tufaro. He was the guy that made the gold DMC charms.
