I bought the Protech shocks.

Do the bottoms need bushings? Or just those spacers zip tied on??

it seems that this shock doesn't have the double knob feature, right?

Correct. I bought the single knob, the double was much more in price.

Back to question, do I need bushings on bottom?

I've never seen those shocks but all others I've seen:

The shocks should have a rubber bushing in them. Then you use spacers if required to hold the shock in place. I don't think you need spacers on rear shocks, just the front.

According to this thread

Martin in the UK fitted a similar set. Perhaps PM him?

If this is what your center piece looks like you probably don't need anything but the spacers.

Agreed - Protech are from the track world which means they use rod ends and spherical bearings rather than bushes. On that particular interface, a bush isn't important as it's isolated from the chassis elsewhere.

I originally "found" Protech, but Chris Hawes jumped through the hoops of having them made.

Thank you for the update!!

Do you have on your car? Curious how good they are.

I haven't had a car of my own for several years, I'm a serial restorer. Planning on a special one in the coming years which will most likely get Deloman's coilovers
