I've searched but cannot find any diagram that is harness-centric. I have the various wiring diagrams that are available for the car (and continuously edit them for my changes), but I'm looking for one that shows the main harness, its branches, its contained wire colors and its connectors.

I'm slowly slimming down the wiring in the car since so much of it was dedicated to K-jet. Its so much easier to be able to visualize wires in the harness bundle..........

Does anyone recall such a diagram?

That is something I would also want but don't think it exists. I would think there is a "wire list" somewhere that shows each wire, color, termination, signal name and AWG.

Closest thing we have is in the parts manual 3-7-0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and the schematic in the Workshop Manual. As for wire color there is a logic there. All of the brown wires are usually power, the black ones are ground, etc. There is a poster of the schematic too. Some are B + W and there are color ones out there too. Some are laminated. Bill R also did one for all of the grounds. Trying to do the whole electrical system would be an enormous amount of work which no one wants to do because it will just get ripped off. Same reason no one wants to update any of the service literature. As soon as you sell a few it will just get copied. The factory had to have paperwork on the specifications of the wiring harnesses but no one has seen that.
