Anyone know Scott Hargove in the Washington state area?

I sold scott the grooved gas flap hood. I emailed him about a week ago with the shipping info and got no reply. I've tried calling him and it goes straight to voicemail.
The driver is trying to deliver the hood to him but we can't get ahold of him. Hope he is ok.
