Now that I've stripped my 2.8L engine, I have a few parts for sale. This was an engine where the top end was reconditioned a couple of years ago at ~80k miles, only to find out 1000 miles later that a hole in the block was the cause of an leaking oil. The block is toast, but the various parts are still good. Before anyone asks, I don't have any fuel system parts; they were already sold for refurbishing, and were likely damaged by the water that got into my fuel system and needed to be completely rebuilt.

I've put most of the parts I have up on eBay, although I still have a few more to add (mostly the rocker arms and cam sprockets; I'm not sure there's anything else worth selling from the block):

Performance Cams (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141298187442?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649), originally purchased from DPI, <1000 miles on them ($400),
Distributor Assembly (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141298197944?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649), dirty but it works. ($60)
456 Cylinder Head (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141298223551?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649), reconditioned with new valve stems and milled no more than .010 by a local machine shop, and includes stainless exhaust studs. <1000 miles on it after reconditioning. ($400)
123 Cylinder Head (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141298230162?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649), same. ($400)
Timing cover (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141298248233?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649), painted black, with timing plate and cam covers. Might need a new crank seal. ($60)
Intake Manifold (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141298252619?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649), re-tapped central bolt hole, and a drilled-through hole on one of the horns that is easily plugged with some silicone and a bolt. ($150)
123 Valve Cover (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141298257636?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649), painted black. There is a broken bolt where the frequency valve goes, but there's another mounting hole right next to it that I was using instead with no problems. ($40)
456 Valve Cover (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141298260182?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649), painted black. ($40)
Oil Filler Assembly (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141298262134?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649) with hoses. ($25)

Thanks for looking

I've put up a few more parts, if anyone's interested.

Six Piston Assemblies (102620 ) with Connecting Rod Assemblies (102043) and Bearings (102612) (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141305019461?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649)
Two Camshaft Sprockets (102209) with Screws (102213) (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141305156617?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649)
Rear Main Seal Plate (102023) with Seal (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141305167001?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649)
Crankshaft (102041) (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141305190284?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649), with minor damage to the threads for the main pulley nut due to needing to cut off said nut, and I had no problem with a new nut on it for ~1000 miles before I found the hold in the engine block and had to scrap the block.
Throttle Microswitch (102778 ) and Bracket (102779) (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141305204269?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649)
Vacuum Solenoid for the evaporative control system (101116) (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141305216040?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649)
Both Rocker Arm Assemblies (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141305231483?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649), which I'm selling together mostly because I forget which one is for which side of the engine.
Bougicord Spark Plug and Coil Wire Set (http://www.ebay.com/itm/141305250281?item=141305250281&viewitem=&vxp=mtr) with about 30k miles on them.

Thanks again.

Do you have a Thermotime switch for the water pump? I busted mine with a falling socket wretch

I'm doing a swap to a 3.0L engine, and I haven't quite determined exactly which remaining parts and sensors I'm going to reuse from the old engine yet (apparently the water pumps are compatible, and mine is pretty new, as is (I think) the thermotime switch). I'm afraid I probably won't know for another few months yet, given how little time I get to spend on it. Sorry.

No worries. Good luck with your engine upgrade.
