I know he's not on the forum very much anymore, but I have a feeling that he still lurks here regularly :wink:

So, I just wanted to say congrats to him and his fiance on their recent engagement!

Here's to a wonderful and happy lifetime together :thumbup:

The best part is the wedding ring! We are assisting him in making a true Delorean ring. The plan is to replace the gas flap on his car and use true 559 stainless to forge a legit ring. More details to come!

Neat! I am pretty sure that if I told my fiancé that I wanted a ring made from stainless steel, she'd tell the jeweler that I am not really crazy and that I am just having a moment.

The gas flap was made from 559 stainless and not 304?

I just assumed all of us wore stainless wedding rings already! My first anniversary is coming soon, any chance you'll be making a batch of them Josh?

I plan to start marketing these to owners interested. Basically we will assist with a reputable source for the ring work.
