Mystery Vacuum Line T near the console - any ideas?

I recently updated my stereo and in the process removed the middle console.
Currently in the process of putting everything back together and I'm having a hard time finding the mate to this fitting.
Not sure what it connects to. There's nothing obvious from what I can see. No dangling vacuum hoses - and the mode switch
appears to have all of it's hoses connected.

Here's a couple of shots of what I'm dealing with.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a tee in that system, one leg goes to the recirc door just behind the glove box and the other one goes to the hot water valve at the forward end of the engine. Not sure which one you are missing. See what doesn't work I guess.

The round electrical connector is for the OEM clock.
