I worked all this weekend and last on things that were "must do" to my car to have it ready for the trip to DCS.
I did a metric shit-ton of things and have most checked off the list. I have a few minor loose ends, but nothing that's a show-stopper (yet.)
I took a drive tonite on new tires and ran at highway speed (felt soooo good!) I only passed one cop that, like most, wasn't looking for plates or registration & inspection stickers...lol!
Here's a few pics of my before & after dash & binnacle. The dash isn't as good as I'd like, but I'm in a time crunch. The binnacle is temporarily in place in lieu of a Stephen binnacle that's on the way. I did a jiffy-quick repair on the binnacle that's far from perfect, but at least won't look totally ghetto for DCS.
