A/C Vacuum Tube - Where does it connect?

Hi Everyone,

I've got this vacuum tube disconnected on the passenger side of the vehicle. It's for the vent controls, but even after staring at the hose diagram and spending a good amount of time upside down in the footwell I can't figure out where it's supposed to connect. Help?

You can always double check by throwing the ac on max. Should be vaccuum!
