Yes, only the Toe is adjustable on the car.

The directions say that the setting height should be measured at 5.5 inches, and that the car may need to be jacked or weighed down to accommodate that height before making any adjustments. The height is measured at the front crossmember, and at the crossmember underneath the engine. Since your car has stock springs, you should be somewhere near 5.5 inches anyway.
Yes springs can affect caster. Caster is the angle of the steering axis as seen from the side and is only a handling angle, it won't affect tire wear. Too much positive caster will make the vehicle more difficult to steer and may make the ride rougher, and uneven caster like yours may make the vehicle pull to one side (looks like it may pull to the left, looking at your alignment numbers, which is normal for America and our tapered roads). If you're not having these handling problems, you should be fine.Quote:
