I would think the organizers would be able to change to larger venues that can accommodate more people this far in advance, right? Seems like a great problem to have.
It amazes me that a brand that was in production for for just 24 months 40+ years ago seems to have an ever increasing number of followers. I mean, technically speaking, there should be fewer and fewer Ds out there as time passes.
The amount of cars existing/running/cared for/etc... will stay strong due to it's status and the current enthusiasts. Hopefully there are plenty around in another 4 decades.Quote:

With values on the rise it actually makes financial sense to restore a barn find, even though parts to do it might be more expensive than they once were.
I do hope they are able to figure out how to allow more attendees as it has been 10 years since the last one, so that's a decade of new owners.
