Assembled rear suspension and links.
The special shouldered bolt on top of the coilover was kind of a pain. You can't see where exactly the adapter is as you are trying to tighten the nut to the bolt. So over and over again you tighten it and it stops short so you have to loosen it again and start over again. Hard thing to explain but trust me it is super annoying.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...bc41070de5.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...69e3b539f3.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...5c8a8cc93c.jpg

Our radius arm bolts are not long enough if I put on the washers.
The bolts, washers, and nuts were all ordered from D-Go using the OEM part numbers. I thought maybe they sold me bolts that are too short but I found my origonal bolts and they were the exact same length. After talking to others and thinking about it I think that the origonal washers were thinner and the lock nuts were thinner or a different type (not nylock type).
At the hardware store I found some nuts that would work. Well that is if they had the correct size.
They did have regular nuts so I bought them.
I have a lot of faith in thread locking chemicals so I think I am just going to use the regular nuts with thread locker. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...0924dab677.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...cdd0b0ad2e.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...0e1b03ecfe.jpg

Worked on the car tonight. Installed LCAs, upper wishbones, and LCA stabilizers.
Cut spacers from some aluminum tubing I'd ordered online. I used a pipe cutter to cut the pipe, a 1/2" drill to clean out the hole, and a sanding disk to clean up the ends.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...9f8d95fd55.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...11264fdf9f.jpg

I realized that the new coilovers didn't come with any spacers for inside the LCAs.
Measured everything and did some quick math.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...3792eae5f8.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...cf5ab5eeb0.jpg

The washers that I ordered from D-Go seemed too large. They had such a large diameter that it set up against the metal part of the wishbone rather than the rubber insert. We found some smaller OD washers and used them. I was a bit worried since I used the OEM part number to order the washers. So I looked through all my pictures from when we disassembled the car. It looks like we did the right thing. The washers look like the ones we ended up using.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...8a9a5edd21.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...3b9e31bad9.jpg

Installed more front end parts. The front wheel hub didn't want to slide smoothly onto the spindle. We tried to pull it back off and the bearing pulled apart. Oops. Kind of glad it happened though because we found out that the bearing was all rusted inside. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...b092fb8009.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...370f63a1df.jpg

We figured out that the hibs came from D-Go so I emailed Arron at D-go and he sent out a new hub assembly immediately. Great service. He suggested cooling the spindle shaft or heating the hub so that it would go on easy. We did both. Threw the hub in the shop oven for a while and froze the spindle shaft.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...7d148872e7.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...a4ac8fa523.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...79b9eeb265.jpg
