I tried contacting DMC CA about getting a copy of this waiver letter, but haven't heard back from them yet. Has anybody seen this letter, or have a copy that they can share?

1) Check that all 3 of the electrical plugs are connected to the back of the mode switch.

2) Check that the rubber diaphram inside the mode switch is not broken.

Did they cut around the exterior rubstrips, or remove them for the wrapping process(then reapply them)?
