I was speaking of moisture/debris from environment and/or washing. Being is S. FL I drive my car year round - including rain.

Not louvre related but I have GTECHNIQ on my Taycan (w/full body PPF) and it wonderful. Dirt doesn't stick and it makes washing and touch-ups SUPER easy.

Glass/clear covering over the license plate is a terrible idea. It would become a breeding area for moisture and dirt.

Indeed - great for wheels & glass. I also use Collinite 476S on painted wheels. Deters brake dust and dirt from sticking and makes for easier cleaning.
