**update.
At the end it seems to be an extreme fatigue on the Z bracket, and tends to loose shape with the tension applied to it. Time to reinforce it or reconfigure a new one.

I had the same issue two years ago with 2607, it stucked in second gear. It turned out that fuse 13 melted.
Sometimes it's the simplest solution.
