Thanks! Those look really nice, I appreciate the photos :-)
I was running those same DMCH LED's before I installed Tom's LED boards a few years back. They were working fine but it always bothered me how they were so close to the lens and only made a small dot...
I ended up trying my luck at fixing the board with a new LED. I picked up a few online for only $.39 ea. Got 8 each of red and amber so I had a few more as spares:

Old thread but I'm reviving it with a few questions.
First and foremost, I hope Tom is doing OK as his profile shows he hasn't logged in since January and his last post here was a few years ago....
To echo what Helirich said, it might be worth investigating if you can send it to your nearest DMC Vendor and they could finish reassembly and then sell it for you on consignment.
If you can sell...
I hope that's the case. Probably the most positive feedback related to their gloss black edition car they showed at SEMA was the larger wheels. My expectations for DMCH to follow through on anything...

Nice job on the reproductions, although my one bit of feedback would be that you replicated the wrong type of bottle. It should not have a necked section where the valve screws into the bottle.

Yeah that's a little scary to just have someone show up like that without a heads up first. It sounds like intentions were good at least. Hope it doesn't put too much of a damper on things for you...
I've been following along with your progress and especially enjoyed this latest video!
I can understand your feeling of astonishment that everything just worked following your months-long rewiring...
Congrats on the first engine start! I've been following along too and enjoy the updates. We're all rooting for you guys
Have you seen this thread? I'm not sure if the 3D PDF file linked there is still available, but I believe you could take some measurements off of it and get the dimensions you were looking for.

The inside of my clutch master looked similar to yours when I refreshed a bunch of stuff on my car back in 2012. I decided to just go with a completely new master cylinder from DMCH.
That being...
CONGRATS! Such a monumental moment in the history of this project finally seeing the body touch down on the frame. I'm happy for both of you, and hope this helps give you a boost in morale. You'll be...
The banjo fittings can be removed and refurbished/re-plated to make new fuel hose assemblies, so these used parts do still have some value.
Back in the early 2010's I had to return all of my used...
After recently selling out, Joost is now in the "Bro Down" phase of the startup plan.

I'd recommend removing your wheels and tires at home and bringing them in loose with the new tires to the tire shop. This avoids any issues with service techs jacking up the car improperly, or having...
I'm still following along and enjoying all the updates. Keep up the great work!
Dealing with all that specialized hardware can be a pain, but it really does go a long way to make the car feel...
Almost got it out the other day with the crazy warm weather we'd been having up here in WI.
But then we got 10" of snow, so it's still in sleep mode along with the E46 wagon.

Looks awesome, I'm amazed at how well everything cleaned up. Did you vapor blast the intake manifold to get it that clean, or did you paint?
Nice work all around.
Sort of... my understanding was that pre-hover conversion they are vents for the plutonium powered nuclear reactor. Only until the very end of the film when we see the car fly for the first time to...
Yeah, I can see that too!

I'm so glad you pointed that out.
The choice between 4 lug and 5 lug wheels is a great...
Look guys! I can Chip Foose too!

Glad you finally got that one hole on the trans case figured taken care of. I've had similar experiences on other projects where there always seems to be something that fights you extra hard the...
