I really like the D-Ind SS kit but a lot more money and very not original. Also there's a lot of labels that will never be seen by most people. I'd rather just do SS ones for a few of them.

Possibly but it does have that part that bends 90 degrees. The rubber would probably just separate because it is not a captive engine mount.

I think the mounts are made to come in direct contact with the ears on the apron of the engine. The through bolts just hold it in place so if you flip the car over the engine doesn't fall out etc.

The last thing I did is clean up the NOS part that goes in the front facia. It had some corrosion and a little surface rust here and there....

As usual, I blew off the parts then sprayed the parts with this stuff before painting.
