Hi all,

So today I got in there to finally inspect this Cap and Rotor on the ignition distributor.

I removed the air mixture/fuel distributor to access the cap and rotor. Never had removed it...

Glad to hear it, thanks, I will check out the hoses and things while I'm in there!

Oh and just to remove the curiosity about possible bad gas, I did drain the tank and refill with newer gas. No change in condition but at least ruled that out.

Sorry for late reply. Answer is no, just watch it carefully as you lift the engine, just enough clearance to do what you gotta do.

Let me add, that the inline bulb test was blinking... maybe not really and indication that something was wrong since just consistent blinking is normal as I saw other videos.
