Would probably make sense to set up the For Sale section to have the listings expire after a certain amount of days.

It takes about 10 seconds for each link...
There's a great plugin called "Link Library" that has a "Bookmarklet" tool that allows you to click a link in your bookmarks, and it grabs all the needed information from the page. Then I check a box for "For Sale" and hit save. Pretty easy.
Once in a while I'll check the links at the bottom of the list and if they are expired, I'll just change the category to 'old listings'.
