I don’t have a truck, but UHaul trucks have tow hitches. I’m not sure if their pickups do, but the larger box trucks certainly do. I’ve rented one before (and a flatbed trailer) to pick up a parts car for a friend. We didn’t carry anything in the box truck itself — we only used it for towing.
