    Merci, thanks Domi.
Both of my seat are going to upholstery, as well as the shifter boots and handbrake boots. I will also leave him the 3quarter inside panel, upper door panel and headliners.

    I will dye the rest.

Nice! I always thought the Proto interior color looked good.

Thanks Michael, yes me too. Hopefully I won’t replicate the Proto safety knee pad. But I will try to incorporate more bits that looks like stainless or steel inside.

Thank you all who are more purist oriented for being not too hard on me.
I myself hesitated before jumping into doing the interior differently, but after talking with different people, I found this could be done nice if done properly. For example, the seats are going to have the same stitching and form, but in the colour tan. Same for upper doors panels.

    Take care and enjoy life.

Cool. I considered doing this but I’m such a fan of the black interior. Who knows? Maybe you’ll inspire me to change things up a bit

You could always try changing the carpets & headliners to tan while leaving the rest of the interior black. Lots of modern cars go for that sort of subtle two-tone scheme. It could look quite sharp on a DeLorean!
