Question GPS and temp./humid. sensor placement?

I'm rounding up the last few things now, having installed Fabio's Green Box.

But I'd like som suggestions for placing the GPS antenna and the temp./humid. sensor.

    Here's the GPS antenna:

I think it would work best if I got it to sit by the courtesy cabin light, but I can't figure out how to route the cable without damaging the A-pillar on one side.
It fits in there nicely, but routing the cable there seems to be the problem. Any suggestions for other placements and/or cable routing?

    Here is the temp./humid. sensor:

It's fairly small and looks rather delicate, so I got an ABS enclosure to house it in. The question becomes though, where to place it. I want it to tell me outside ambient temp. / humidity, so I think it should be placed as low to the ground as possible (to avoid being heated by the sun) and away from any component that heats up/cools down when the car is running. Also, I think it needs to be placed where there are no possibility of direct splashes when the car is driven in the rain/being washed. So far I've come up with one place: Near the fuel accumulator.

    Any suggestions?

Please excuse the crudity of this DeLorean as I didn't have time to repair it yet.

I have two GPS antennas in my car, one for my radio and one for my speedbox. I just stick them to the top of the radio bracket (above the vents). Then install the console as usual. They work fine and you cant see them.
