Anti-sway bar installed.
After the alignment the sway bar clamp bolts will have loctite applied to them.

After talking to Josh from D-Ind and other we decided to replace the ball joint nylock nuts with castle nuts and cotter pins which came with the recall kit from D-Ind. The other two castle nuts don't fit our upper ball joints. So if I want castle nuts for them I will have to buy them. Also the ball joint stud will need to be drilled.

Looks nice and solid. Same goes for that crumple tube bracket.
Haven't seen a D sway bar mount with what looks like a Zerk lube fitting.
a. Is that what it is? Is the fitting aimed straight down?
b. Do you think it may be damaged approaching or departing ramps/driveways or under full front susp. compression at speed on bumpy roads? I do see the coilovers and special springs.

Is a concern that is

Yeah I don't see why you can't take the zerks out. I'd be curious how the zerk is able to grease the inside of the bushing anyway. Does the bushing have a channel inside of it?
Typically I would suggest using Energy Suspension Formula 5 silicone grease all over the bushing where it wraps around the sway bar. That's what I use on all bushings.
