    Anti-sway bar installed.
After the alignment the sway bar clamp bolts will have loctite applied to them.

After talking to Josh from D-Ind and other we decided to replace the ball joint nylock nuts with castle nuts and cotter pins which came with the recall kit from D-Ind. The other two castle nuts don't fit our upper ball joints. So if I want castle nuts for them I will have to buy them. Also the ball joint stud will need to be drilled.

Looks nice and solid. Same goes for that crumple tube bracket.

Haven't seen a D sway bar mount with what looks like a Zerk lube fitting.
    a. Is that what it is? Is the fitting aimed straight down?
    b. Do you think it may be damaged approaching or departing ramps/driveways or under full front susp. compression at speed on bumpy roads? I do see the coilovers and special springs.

Yes the grease fitting getting wiped out I'd a concern.

I decided against those brackets with the zerks since I deferentially have hit those brackets on steep ramps into parking lots, my brackets where scraped and damaged with worn flat spots on the sides from the impacts.

What did you end up using instead?
Why couldn't I just remove the zerks until greasing is needed?

I?m sure you could do that. You might want to put a plug in the hole. I have to say I?ve not seen a zerc in that location before. (On any car) It?s usually a ?grease once? kind of thing.

Yeah I thought of that but it is kind of an odd size thread. It's not like it is a bearing or something that would get ruined if a piece of sand or drop of water somehow got up in.

Yeah I don't see why you can't take the zerks out. I'd be curious how the zerk is able to grease the inside of the bushing anyway. Does the bushing have a channel inside of it?

Typically I would suggest using Energy Suspension Formula 5 silicone grease all over the bushing where it wraps around the sway bar. That's what I use on all bushings.
