One quart is enough for the brakes and the clutch. Use DOT 4.

I’ve always done this by opening the further east away bleeder and pump till it’s clean. Then do the others. A friend of mine said this is wrong and I should do the closest first so I’m not running junk through the whole line. He says what I’m doing is correct for bleeding, but not for flushing. I guess it makes some sense.
You can use DOT 5.1 too. Emphasis on the "point one". I've had Motul in my brakes & clutch for years now and it's worked well.
There is no need to try and track down obscure Castrol fluid.
