    Headlight Switch... New upgraded one.

Think I melted mine simply trying to replace side light w/o disconnecting battery.
Did a quick search and all US sellers appear to be out of stock. Overseas maybe but checking US first.
If you have a spare I can buy it ought right or I will replace it buying you one when they are in stock.
    Thanks........

    SOLVED...

When doing ANY thing electrical disconnect the battery. I guess the the overly unexpected difficulty act of pushing in a new bulb on those stiff spring loaded sockets on the running lights caused a short frying the hidden measly 5 amp fuse connected to the headlight switch.

I replaced the stock one long ago and a recent pic showed the fuse so I got my eyes on it. Replaced it with a 10 amp.

Now I am nervous for such a easy "fix" will upset the Delorean Gods and will be punished for it. When I saw the drv's side rear light out I remember thinking "thats easy enough" and not doing a quick exorcism and maybe light some incense.

Well the stainless steel wonder punished me.

Still want a headlight switch if ones comes available.... JIMJAM

They may punish you for doubling the fuse's rate...
