    Gas Flap Hood

    Hi all,

I have a gas flap hood for sale that came with a car that I recently acquired.

The hood is at DMC FL, where you would have to arrange for pickup and transport. Robert at DMC FL has agreed to crate it for the buyer.

I am afraid I do not have any better pictures than the ones from when the hood was still on the car.

    Asking price is 4750.

    Thanks for looking.

Forgot to note that reasonable offers will be considered but in no hurry to sell.

    Thanks!

    Forum Discount Offered

    Hi all,

Made the mistake of posting this to Facebook - so many time wasters and unhelpful/irrelevant comments.

To move on, I am prepared to offer a deep discount to forum members.

    Thank you.

The hood appears to have quite a few dings in it, does it have hail damage?

    Hi,

To the best of my knowledge, there is no hail damage. When they sent me the photos, this was how DMC FL described the hood: "It's not a perfect hood, but can all be sorted easily since there are no major creases".

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks for looking.

It would be nice to have, but yeah, those dings...
You can't buy happiness, but you can buy a DeLorean and that's sort of the same thing....

I appreciate the feedback. I?m told it can cost between 500-1000 to fix those, so I?d reduce the asking to $3900.

Reasonable offers at that level are welcomed.
