So the entire car is 2,740 lbs? I think the original is 2,718 so basically no change which is good. How much does the Ecoboost motor weigh? Does it mate to the original gearbox?

Origional is not that light . Here's a road and track article from 82. Also when I weighed my car stock it was 3100lbs.

Torque on this motor would eat a stock trans unless you never actually drove the car hard.

I used the Porsche g96 which is heavier but then the engine is lighter. If I remember my setup is like 40 or 60 lbs lighter.

But the big benefit is my engine sits very close to the firewall and has way more room from the crank to the rear frame. About 8 inches. The whole setup is much more balanced. And you can really feel the difference when you drive it .

354 hp wheel. 329ft/lbs wheel. 24 psi boost..

    The Ecoboost is nasty.

This was my 1st and only attempt at a 0 to 60.

    It was sloppy

Spun off line ...Rev limiter sloppy shift to 2nd. Rev limiter to 3rd.

    She's got more in her.

Are you selling kits or was this just for your personal car/project?
