    There are, but there are mixed reviews on them.

    If referring to the early UTCIS ... yes there was some mixed reviews. I communicated with a D shop in Germany and they have had good luck with the recent models. They supposedly work fine as programmed from the supplier. Not a cure-all. But the original WUR/CPR isn't a panacea either.
