Double check the electrical connections on the ballast resistor. That's another part of the igntion circuit that will cause no-starts.

It's this thing on the back of the firewall. And welcome to DeLorean-World.

Anyway, new pump is on the way and I would like to thank all of you here for the support and tips & trick you have provided. That helped me a lot!
Good to know the car needed a tow. This verifies it?s not just a hot start issue (when a car won?t start immediately after refueling).

To answer your question it?s unlikely a fuel system component killed your old pump.

    To summarize it all.

It WAS a fuel pump issue. I bought somewhat compatible pump in the car shop here in Czech Republic (Correct fuel pressure) and car started and purrs like a kitten
Unfortunately the dimensions are bit off, so this is just a temporary solution.
Therefore I was looking for the DPI type, with the sender if possible. This part (PN 107000) is unfortunatelly currently out of stock in the DeLorean eshop, so I have to wait for it.
I have ordered compatible Bosh type pump from Delorean GO and I await the package now, to replace the "temporary" one.

Thank you all for the help, I hope this thread helps others with simmilar issue.
Just a piece of advice for everyone. Hearing "noise" from the pump does not mean its pumping! (To be 100% sure you need to remove the fuel hose from the pump and see for yourself)

Thank you for sharing the final diagnosis. Fuel pump failure.
