I had my car float across the street during the storm surge of hurricane Helena. No body damage, and underneath looks OK. Interior is a mess, and the engine was underwater for about 6 hours.
1982 great, automatic, 83k miles.
I took the insurance money (Hagerty), and Copart has the vehicle. I hate to see a good body, chassis and VIN go to waste. So, it might be available to someone who pursues finding it.
