Light switch hitting support bracket
At this point I'm just looking for the small stuff that is wrong with my car to fix. Mine was missing the LH bracket 105283 that goes from where the dash end cap bolts to the body, to where the knee pad bolts to. Well I bought the bracket to install and I can see why mine is missing. The courtesy light switch hits the bracket once installed. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the heads up. The buzzer is already disconnected, I'll just move the wire like you did and modify the switch to not hit.

That's exactly what I found when I pulled my interior last winter. I decided, screw this, and rewired the top light switch and completely removed the bottom switch. Had planned on having a buddy 3D print a cap for it but aint nobody got time for that right now

Thanks fellas. I cut the plunger down about half way and put the cap on it so it does not touch the door and push in, then spliced the wire in to the upper switch. Bracket is in!
