The look of the car is much better when it is lowered.
I did cut my spring many years ago, but I bought a set of Eibach spring from DMCH and Spax shock from the UK.
Just need to find some free time to install them

Recovered headliner and noticed on the front piece I only have screws where the rear bracket is supposed to be. So only one bracket holds up the main headliner. Is this normal?

The rear ride height will be adjustable over a wide range if you update the rear shocks to units with adjustable/threaded support. Rear ride height is not solely due to the choice of rear springs. I don't know how the rear height works out with Eibachs around Girling OE's so don't count on that photo for predicting it.

This was actually on Friday, but still. Went out for a drive through the country roads behind my house - and I mean proper country. Farmland and twisties through the English Hills.
Ran across this sign, randomly staked into the ground at a street sign. No context and no idea why. Unfortunately there was no shoulder there and no safe way to get a photo with the car and the sign both.

Pretty random.
Spend a good 3 hrs of intimate windshield time with my car tonight, Sadly not by driving. About two weeks back I had some 70% (nearly clear) UV and IR shielding Ceramic window tint installed on my windshield, Tint always takes about four or five days to fully dry and let the bubbles go away. Well two weeks later the film was not clearing up, I think there was dust trapped under the film So It had to come off. Removing the film wasnt hard but then I had to use soapy water and a bunch of razor blades and scrape off all the remaining glue, What a chore. That was an hour and a half, Next I cleaned it again and went over both sides with a Glass Clay Bar, then clean again and finally a full wax up. At least I didnt pay to have it installed...
Those little freakles all over the glass

Aw man, that sucks. Did the tint at least help with the heat?
