    No Ignition Spark

Had been starting on first crank and engine ran normal.
Installed new cable to auto transmission.
    Then---
Would not start. No spark to plugs---
    Battery 12.5V
    Replaced start relay
    All fuses look "ok"
    Installed Bosch 12Vcoil
    Replaced coil wire to distrubtor
    Replaced ignition wires
    Installed Bosch plus 4 plugs
Note: new Volvo B28 260 12V coil: current to coil 4.94V
No current from coil wire to distrubtor
Installd: new Bosch coil (DMC Houston): current to coil 2.25V
No current from coil wire to distrubutor
    Your thoughts please, Thanks

You need at least 6-8 volts into the coil, even a crappy Bosch coil.

    1) Make sure you have battery voltage into the resistor grid.
    2) Check each resistor (I believe they're 1.5 ohms)

High Energy Ignition is a very controversial topic on this forum, but I swear by it (if it wasn't an improvement, why did all manufacturers go to it nearly a quarter century ago?). FWIW: I run nearly full charging voltage (12.5 volts) into a high ratio winding coil, thence via real wire spark plug wires to single electrode spark plugs with .05" gaps.

    My VIN:    03572

How are you measuring the "voltage" on the coil. From engine ground to the + coil? Or from the - to + coil terminal?

The stock resistors are 0.5 ohms each.
