Uh... OK, there is a black plasitc circular "cap" on the lower runner under the door sill. Sorry, I can't think of a better way to descripe it. There is onw on both sides of the car just aft of the center of the door opening.

Anyone know what it's called, what it's for? I lost one and need to order another.

Ah-Ha!

I figured it was seat belt related but I got lazy and after a few minutes looking at the parts at DMC I gave up.
