Sources: color coded wire similar to what came with the car

I've been looking for color coded wire (such as Black with Yellow stripe or Black with Slate stripe) and it turns out to relatively hard to find. Why you ask...just in case I need to make a change or repair I'd prefer to keep the car close to the wiring diagrams.

One place with many (but not all) of the colors used in the DeLorean is:

Also, there are some eBayers that sells color coded wire:-
    - s10wildside
    - brussellex

There may be more sites and if you know them add to this thread.

Also, if you want to buy enough, you can have the wire custom produced.

Funny that it is obviously metric engineered wired, that they give a US wire size equivalent, but then sell it by the meter. Shirley they could have just gone fully local and sold it by the foot or yard.

I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

Perhaps they were trying to make the expats feel at home.

    And don't call me "Shirley."

These guys have both the black/yellow and black/slate wiring, only looks like 14 gauge though.

Same with British Wiring -- not all colours available in all wire sizes.

(Perhaps they have the same supplier...)
